Stoat Client

Stoat is a Revolt chat client for Linux, built with Go and Fyne.

Install

Run this one command and it will download, install, and auto-update Stoat Client:

wget -qO- https://stoat.joahs.net/stoat_installer | bash

Or download the installer script first:

Download stoat_installer 
chmod +x stoat_installer
./stoat_installer

Usage

Stoat Client will appear in your application menu. You can also launch it from terminal with:

~/.local/bin/stoat_client

Auto-Update

The installer script automatically checks for updates. Re-run it anytime to get the latest version.

Linux binary download URL (for manual install): linux.txt

Settings

Stoat includes a settings menu to switch between GUI and TUI modes.
